SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Collectors Club, we ship to all EU countries with GLS and all shipments are fully insured. If you're ordering from a non-EU country, please send us an email at support@collectorsclub.cc to inquire about shipping options.

We offer flat shipping rates based on your destination and order amount. Here's a breakdown of our rates and estimated delivery times:

Once your order has been shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number and send you email updates throughout the shipping process. Please note that timing indications are expressed in business days and orders over €500 may be shipped in multiple packages.

 

RETURNS & REPAIRS

At Collectors Club, we want you to love your items as much as we do. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and generous refund or replacement policy.

You can email us at support@collectorsclub.cc. Depending on the country you are returning from, we will send you an e-mail with the different return options. Please note that a pre-paid return label provided by us has a standard cost of 10 EUR.

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned within 14 days following the date of delivery and must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
