To return an item, you have two options available:
OPTION 1: RETURN IN STORE
You can conveniently return items in person at any of our three store locations. Simply bring the items and order confirmation, and we will initiate the refund afterwards through your original payment method.
OPTION 2: RETURN VIA POST
If returning the item via post is more convenient for you, please follow these steps:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
- Include the delivery note that came with it.
- Send an email to email@example.com to receive a return label.
- Print the return label provided by the return portal and attach it to the outside of the box.
- Take the parcel to your nearest parcelshop to ship it back to us.
- Please retain the receipt provided by the parcelshop as proof of shipment.
Once we receive your return, we will process it and handle the necessary steps for refund or exchange. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support.
We do not accept exchanges through our webshop at this time. However, if you want to exchange an item, you can bring it to one of our physical stores along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.
We charge a return fee of 10 euros for each returned item, which will be deducted from your refund.
