Which size should I pick?

We understand that choosing the right size is important when it comes to clothing. While we do not have size charts or detailed product descriptions available at this time, we offer a hassle-free return policy for your convenience. If your order does not fit as expected, you can easily return it for a refund or exchange. Additionally, our customer service team is available to assist you with any sizing questions or concerns you may have. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further assistance. Will items be restocked?

We understand how frustrating it can be when an item you want is out of stock. That's why we offer a 'notify when back in stock' button on our website. Simply click on the button and enter your email address, and we'll send you a notification when the item becomes available again.

How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our website and choose the item(s) you wish to purchase.
  2. Select the size of the item(s) if applicable and add them to your cart.
  3. Once you have finished shopping, click on the shopping cart icon located on the top right corner of the page.
  4. Review your order and make any necessary changes.
  5. Click on the "Checkout" button and fill in your shipping and payment information.
  6. Review your order summary and make sure everything is correct.
  7. Click on the "Place Order" button to complete your purchase.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about placing an order, please feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account on our clothing webshop is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

  1. Click on the account button located on the top right corner of the website.
  2. Click on the "Sign up here" button.
  3. Fill in the required fields with your personal information, such as your name, email address, and a password.
  4. Click on the "Create" button to complete the process.

Once you have created your account, you will be able to log in to our website and access your account information, including your order history and saved addresses.

Can I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that if your order has already been processed or shipped, it may not be possible to cancel it. In this case, you may need to return the item(s) once they arrive and request a refund.

Can I check the availability in stores?

Yes, you can check the availability of an item in our stores. On each product page, you'll see a section labeled "availability" or "stock" that indicates whether the item is currently in stock at a specific store location.

DELIVERY

When is my order going to be delivered?

These are the estimated shipping times:

  • Benelux: 1-3 days
  • France: 1-3 days
  • Other EU countries: 2-5 days

Once your order has been shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number and send you email updates throughout the shipping process. Please note that timing indications are expressed in business days and orders over €500 may be shipped in multiple packages.

What are the shipping fees?

We offer free shipping for orders above €250.

For orders under €250 we have a shipping fee.

  • Benelux: €5
  • France: €5
  • Other EU countries: €15

Is there free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping for orders above 250 euro.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping to countries within the European Union.

Is it possible to pick up my order in-store?

Yes, we offer in-store pickup.

During checkout, select the 'in-store pickup' option and choose the store location where you would like to pick up your order.

Please note that in-store pickup is only available for items that are currently in stock at the chosen location.

We will let you know once your order is ready. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation when picking up your order in-store.

RETURNS

How can I return an item?

To return an item, you have two options available:

OPTION 1: RETURN IN STORE
You can conveniently return items in person at any of our three store locations. Simply bring the items and order confirmation, and we will initiate the refund afterwards through your original payment method.

OPTION 2: RETURN VIA OUR RETURN PORTAL
If returning the item via post is more convenient for you, please follow these steps:

  1. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  2. Include the delivery note that came with it.
  3. Go to this link: https://collectorsclub.shipping-portal.com/rp/
  4. Print the return label provided by the return portal and attach it to the outside of the box.
  5. Take the parcel to your nearest parcelshop to ship it back to us.
  6. Please retain the receipt provided by the parcelshop as proof of shipment.

Once we receive your return, we will process it and handle the necessary steps for refund. A €10 fee will be deducted for this service. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not accept exchanges through our webshop at this time. However, if you want to exchange an item, you can bring it to one of our physical stores along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Our staff will be happy to assist you with the exchange process.

What are the return costs?

We charge a return fee of 10 euros for each returned item with the post, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer to stop by one of our stores to return the item, you can do so without any extra cost.

When is my return going to be processed?

Once your return package has reached us and has been processed (within 14 days after arrival), we will send you an e-mail to confirm the refund.

If it has been more than 14 days (since the arrival of your return) and you still have not heard from us, please contact our Customer Service team.

I received a faulty item, what should I do?

We're sorry to hear that you received a faulty item. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide us with your order number and details of the issue.

Our team will be happy to assist you and provide you with instructions on how to return the faulty item.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will either issue you a full refund or send you a replacement item, depending on your preference and availability.

What is your return policy?

At Collectors Club, we want you to love your items as much as we do. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy and generous refund policy.

If you are located near our stores, you can drop of your return there. Our store staff will process this and the refund will be done on your, originally used, payment method.

If you're not located near our stores, you can follow this link to create a Bpost return label:  https://collectorsclub.shipping-portal.com/rp/. A €10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned within 14 days following the date of delivery and must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
