Can I order outside the EU-countries?
For shipments outside the EU-countries, please contact us.
What do I have to do to return an item?
We only accept unworn and undamaged items. All tags have to be attached when returned.
Accessories and shoes have to returned in the original boxes and dust bags.
If there is a security tag placed on the item, it must be returned with this tag on its original position.
If any of these conditions are not met, we cannot accept the return.
What is the return process?
You can return items up to 14 days after your purchase/delivery. This service has a charge of €10.

You just need to pack your returns carefully, seal the box and attach the return label on a visible place.

However please note that our web shop is a separate entity and therefore our shops cannot give chargebacks or trade for another size.
Your return will be processed, you will receive your credit note and the amount of your returned item(s) will be refunded on the payment method used for your order.
